I was literally born into a business. We lived on the top floor of the Usúrbil factory in Guipúzcoa, in the Basque Country, which my father had fitted out as an apartment. From my room I could hear the presses, guillotines and die-cutting machines that made the labels that we supplied to all the breweries in Spain.
My experience in the family business for 11 years was very enriching: I learned how to work and to be an entrepreneur at the same time. Since then, I’ve been moving around and acquiring a wide range of professional experiences: in a multinational automotive company, the national mint, the management department of a company in the steel sector, a multinational cosmetics company, and for the last 10 years, as a consultant helping companies in different sectors and parts of the world.
In November 2021, I decided to step back from the front line of consultancy and I created a new company that offers services to CEOs. I’m inquisitive, and that has always helped me to gain new knowledge and undertake new adventures.
After working with hundreds of CEOs, I saw the need to help them in another way, through a mission, that of bringing together two worlds – the analogue and the digital – to create wealth in companies and in society (an ambition I still hold).
